Thanks, I’ll keep checking! Do they send out approvals over the weekend?
You should have waited for your w&c approval. The HQL is "complimentary" with the W&C. My wife requested her HQL at like 11pm yesterday night and got her approval around lunch today. Plus it's free. Applying without the w&c permit, they're going to do the full background check, which is why it's taking so long.

Another observation - MSP seems to be issuing approvals three-four days per week. Given that we're only a couple of weeks in, it'll be interesting to see if this changes. They don't like Fridays, Apparently.

    Just submitted W&C application:

    22HGP041748
    Application started: 7/12/2022 (approx)
    Submitted: 7/30/2022 @ 7:25am
    Training exempt (DD214)
    HQL (since Oct 2013)

I also submitted a new 77R on 7/29 so it will be interesting to see if running NICS for 77R makes any difference in the W&C process.

We've been waiting years since Woollard, once you get that email in a day or two, you will be like a kid on Christmas morning who got the cool toy.
Yes a very long time. I’m sure you remember this thread.
I’m still salty about that process and probably why I’m so anxious. Definitely a long wait.
