If you open my attachment you will see it says Profession, not Process type. I'm thinking I did it all correctly now but it sure is not intuitive.

Understood. I recall that I noticed it seemed like an odd option when I did mine, also. That was where MSI’s guidance helped.

I’m in the same boat 10/6, an e-mail sent from MSP on 10/6 stated 5-7 business days and 10/10 was a holiday. Should be in the next few days!!

If i remember correctly...any permits approved before 5pm get mailed same day. Monday was a wash so you should get it soon.
