Not quite true. MD permits are honored in multiple states. The "NONE" under restrictions means that there are no restrictions in MD. Other states may have restrictions on non-resident or out of state permits.

It's written from Maryland's point of view which is whatever they're claiming is only good for Maryland other states can accept it or not.

I have the same dates, I was starting to worry also. Then I got the email a few hours ago. I'm sure there are a couple of troopers slogging through the pile of applications at this moment.
