I don't know if it matters but I have a double-entry on here. I initially added the info using my application number but when I updated to indicate "approved", I used my permit number. Since I applied in 2022 and was approved in 2023, the first two digits changed from 22 to 23.

The second entry below can be deleted.

Mine just has when I submitted and below that says NCIS: 12-15-22 I thought that was just the date it was accepted?

You will have your NICS # and the date it was issued
