What (if any) differences are there in lower parts (kits) for the AR-15 vs the AR-10 (DPMS) ??

This Question is strictly about the parts in a LPK. Answers about the bolt, buffer, magwell Etc. are off topic.

The bolt catch is also much more substantial than the AR15. You should really use the 308 bolt catch.

Other than that, just the pins and bolt catch roll pin are different. You can use a std lpk, but you will need to add the correct individual parts to make it work. ;)

Using a MATEN Ambi billet set with the bolt catch and takedown pins already in it.. already selected trigger group for my build as well
sounds like I can use any LPK aside from that

Yep, get a LPK with no trigger group and you'll be good to go!
