If you are running an AR 22 with a CMMG conversion bolt or collar there is a probability that eventually an empty case will jam in the charging handle channel. CMMG makes a replacement handle with a reduced channel to avoid the problem.
On my newest build I ordered one of the Right to Bear (CMMG) charging handles but it was binding bolt travel. I sent a quick email to CMMG asking where the specs may be a bit off or if there was a known area to reduce to save me some time hunting it down. Within 30 minutes I had a reply asking for my name and address. Three days later I got one of their upgraded metal 22 specific Charging handles with the upgraded ambi latches, and it works beautifully. I didn’t even buy the CMMG handle from CMMG and they replaced a 13$ part with a much more expensive one without me even asking for a new one. Not that I wasn’t already, but they definitely have a customer for life.
