AR10 Scope size/ideas

I have an AR-10 with 18" barrel. Looking for a scope to fit that configuration. What size scope (3-9x, 4-12x etc...) would be good for a .308 round out to at least 750yds??

Was considering a Vortex 4-12x50 but not sure if that is a good fit.

As the owner of two Arken scopes, that's what I'd get - either the newest version of the SH4 (which supposedly now boasts the same Japanese glass as the EP5) or the EP5.

Basic Specs:

SH4 - 6-24x50, 34 mm tube
EP5 - 5-25x56, 34 mm tube

Either would work well on an AR10.
