    Quick question on conversion bolts for ar's to use .22lr. Does doing so where at the barrel any faster, or any concerns like that?

    It can (eventually) lead up/foul the gas-tube or possibly clog the gas-port in the barrel.

    Simple solution though, run some 5.56/.223 after finishing up with the .22 kit to blow out any build-up.
