ARE THER ANY EXEMPTIONS TO THE WEAR & CARRY LAWS FOR THE HANFICAPPED

I was wondering if there are any provisions in the old or new carry laws that would allow people who are physically handicapped or their caregivers to be able to protect themselves from the criminal element by making these insane laws null & void? It would seem to me that the politicians surely considered how these laws will affect those of us who are the most vulnerable.

God made man, but Sam Colt made them equal. Colt may have originated "reasonable accommodation" long before the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Make no such assumption. The politicians in the Maryland General Assembly hate the entire notion of you defending yourself, physical condition not withstanding. They not only don't care, they actively want you unable to defend yourself.

So before Bruen, if you were in a wheelchair and friend to use that as your good and substantial reason for a permit, you would’ve been denied.
They don’t care about you or your ability to protect yourself, nor do they care if you die (especially at the hands of a criminal)
