With the current SB1 injunction, what the heck goes for Baltimore carry? Legally, I don't mean morally.

I've mostly never bothered giving a crap about Baltimore's local restrictions, because I am almost never there. But here I am, about to head in for the evening to a bar (I will not be drinking) with some friends for dinner. In one of the maybe not least nice parts of Baltimore, but certainly one of the ones I'd rather not be walking around at night in. Which I'll be doing.

Baltimore is no carry within 100 yards of everything, isn't it?

But SB1 injunction means bar carry (if I am not drinking) is fine? If it matters, they of course serve food.

I carry every where. I wear glasses. Everything seems at least 100 yards away….

IIRC Baltimores rules are only if you dont have a HGP. They are one of the few places that extra rules that where in effect before the state laws. The big one is long guns have to be in a case.

That is what I was thinking, but I wasn't sure.

I knew they had a bunch of stupid grandfathered rules, but I wasn't sure if it was forking HGP holders, to, or just "the common folk".

Pretty sure they aren't checking at the door, but I can deal with that if I need to. Worst comes to worst, I have to walk back to my vehicle and leave it locked in a lock box in it and go back. This is more of a casual bar/pub than some big music venue/club.

Ocean City has very strict rules on guns, knives, brass knuckles, numchucks, and anything they deem as a weapon. Get you locked up in a flash.

And common spring assist knives = switchblade .
