You are correct. From the mayor on down to the guy that scrapes the gum from the bottom of bus stop benches. There is a dangerous combination of ignorance, incompetence, dishonesty, laziness and arrogance. It really is a magical mixture that gives us the Jewel of the Eastcoast that we have in Baltimore. But never fear all we need to do is pump more money doen that rathole and everything will be A-OK.
