These people are NOT idiots. They are not stupid. Most of them have law degrees. They are intentionally infringing incrementally and it is just baby steps toward the grand plan of disarmament of all citizens. To think they are stupid is naive. Think of them as the criminals they are.

To your point, I think they make these laws half assed just so no one takes it to the federal and/or to the Supreme Court. Like you can't buy, sell or manufacture mags over 10 rounds. You can possess it. I think that was intentional so no one challenges it.

You have to admit, a lot of their assertions regarding firearms are based on ignorance. That doesn't mean they are stupid, and I don't believe their 'ignorance' is intentional.
Unfortunately, I think, we here as well as other social, networks have actually aided in correcting some of their ignorant conceptions.

Whatever ones opinion, there is a very concerted and obvious war across the USA against all things nonliberal…especially the against the Constitution and the SCOTUS. This push is backed by big socialists with UN influence. Hard times are ahead. Hopefully, the domino affect is taking place on eliminating those measures
