Ok well I picked up a new savage 220 for deer season. Also a leupold ultimate slam 3x9x40 scope. And I need to find a base mount and rings. Any help and suggestions would be helpful.

I just bought the EGW 0 moa and mounted it today. Works fine. No issues. I mounted the Nikon Slughunter. It's a shorter scope.

Go with the EGW mount, and Burris Signature Zee Rings and don't look back.

Weaver Base # 48329 If the set back works for you Leupold LOW rings work with their 3X9.
Savage round receiver Dovetail and STD bases work with offset mounts.

I also used the EGW mount with a Leupold 3 x 9. It is a tack driver.
