BK7 Everytime. 7 inch vs <5 inch, 1095 Steel vs 420, non serrated blade. The only thing I do like about the LMF is the drop point. BK7 is on my short short list.

The BK7 when comparing those two.

But what about the SOG Fixation? Less money and still a 7" blade.

Or better yet, a SOG Tech Bowie...very nice!

I wound up making a set of grips for my BK9 out of zebra wood, not finished yet but they look good on that knife.

Thanks, wait until it's done. It's going to have grooves across the grips with a 9 cut into the grip just like the Mauser Broomhandle in 9mm.
