I have never dealt with them, was surprised to see they have free shipping.

Wanted a TangoDown G43 +2 extension. Did a google, went down the list and kept getting "out of stock", then Botach and they have them with free shipping.

Very interesting inventory and great prices.

I've heard people say that but I've never had a single issue with them. I've ordered from them at least 5 or 6 times.
I would nominate Cheaper than Dirt as having the worst reputation of any online sellers.

I've ordered mags from them. Takes a couple of weeks to arrive but everything was as ordered. Kind of like Palmetto, maybe a day or two longer.

Botach and CTD are easily the 2 worst I've dealt with.

botach is hit or miss but at the end of the day i've gotten what i ordered or got refunded for any screwups. i ordered a half dozen of the glock big sticks a few months ago and got them without issue pretty quickly. that was my most recent order.

Shopping once of a Geissele trigger, Botach had the best price. Placed the order, two days later, got email saying that they don't have it. In other words, their site is not connected real time to their inventory. I cancelled the order. That was my first and last attempt to order from them.
