My head just "exploded". Sharing far and wide.

So a gay guy who wrote speeches for Eric Holder comes out (if you'll pardon the expression) for Hogan the day before the election in the Huffington Post.

Just who is that supposed to sway and which way?

Nate Silver/FiveThirtyEight are predicting Brown by 10. They have about the most accurate quantitative prediction model around. I wouldn't bet against them, unfortunately.

He's not 100% accurate. While it's good to be optimistic about the polls that have come out, no one knows anything until the rubber hits the road tomorrow night.

This guy is gay? Even better. I'll include a link to the log cabin repubs. http://www.logcabin.org/ to possibly give them a boost in their following.
I thought it would only sway those who slavishly read the huff. post to get their fill of group think.

Amazing that this race is this close. Brown should be eating dust and he would be in most any other state. Play the race card in the PROM and you're a winner.

    Doesn't matter at this point.

Share it. Call it an endorsement. Make them defend it for the next 24 hours.

    Yup.
I've been spreading this among those who I know are last minute deciders or apathy prone.
    Push til the polls close.

That's what the Ds are all about on both coasts. It's pathetic that's all they have to show for seven years in national level office.

I'm pretty sure that, if Brownstain's internals had him ahead, it would have come out somewhere by now.
considering almost every poll claims Brown is leading, i don't think it'd help him to claim "also, we have internal polling saying the same thing"

    What about Hogan's flip-flop on 2A?
Why isn't that raising any red flags?
because the alternative is voting for Anthony Brown, that paragon of pro-2A values?

I too hope that Hogan wins, but I'm not sure he will be able to get the legislature to overturn any gun laws that were passed in the last couple of years because the Dems will likely still have majorities at Annapolis. But he can certainly try to prevent any new laws from being passed, especially if the Dems don't have enough votes to override his veto.

    Go Hogan!

He said he would play goalie. That is enough for me considering the other alternative. I have voted and I voted Hogan.

I too voted for Hogan and even convinced my Mom who is a registered Dem to vote for him! We both did early voting.

I heard on the ABC news this morning that the race has really tightened in the last few days. I hope that Hogan can pull off a big upset.

    Go Hogan!

Of course the race card works in Maryland. Brown gets a 30 point handicap from the start. Now add all the socialists in Montgomery, then a few more mental defectives throughout the state, a 5-10 point win for Brown is de rigueur.

    Real clear politics says otherwise..

The gap narrowed after they played games. Their is a blowback that has not died down.

Please stop losing before we lose...there is time enough for counting when the game is done.

Then you can tell us how we all wasted our time. I will ignore you then just as hard I promise ;)

Wife and I will be wasting our time voting for Hogan today.
We have two votes and will use them. Remember Karl "White Board" Rove whining he should have been right? Everyone here it seems is preaching to the choir which is fine. Just don't let that get you all delusional. How in the hell did Obama win a second term? (complexion).

If the Dems had a white male, they'd get a smaller turn out. Agree? Disagree?

Look at all the urban places who vote in politicians who think Guam can capsize or the Astronauts drove their buggy on mars. Is what it is. One of the best was some politician in California lamenting that OJ was innocent because they didn't have the "D and the A" evidence. :lol2:

Who gives a crap? we do what we do. But many will not vote if they think there is no chance..

And most of those are R votes.. and many are peeking here.

The media does enough to hurt our cause we don't need to add to it.

When I know MD is done I will be gone.. no point bitching about it either.

And leave the race baiting to the opposition.. I have ears in that comunity.. its not as simple as you think.. but every time you call them lemmings.. you make my job harder.

Voting is the easiest part of what many here are doing , and if that's all you can do fine, but why do you need to make their task harder..

After the election you can bitch all you want ...I will be to busy working the next fight to care.

And if MD is done I will be gone, no point bitching either way -- its useless.
