    If THEY had their way, traffic stops, J walking and littering would disqualify folks.

    shame that the ruling tried hard to focus on only this case. And didn’t seem to set larger more concrete guidelines.

    how many more folks would be required to make it to upper level circuit courts just to purchase A Shotgun? Time and cost are huge.

    gives new meaning to background check and acquiring a permit to purchase.

    Looks like garland and doj submitted for cert yesterday.

    That’ll make an Interesting contrast to rahimi if SCOTUS takes it
