Building 80% 10/22

Does anyone have any experience building a 10/22 from an 80% receiver? Is there anyone locally that sells the tools and jigs? There doesn't seem to be much talk about 10/22s but it seems like it might be fun.

I’ve done it, but I have a milling machine so I didn’t use a jig. It’s a pretty easy build except for the barrel hole and facing the front of the receiver.

I've been considering doing one myself. Plenty of videos online. From everything I seen and read, the only thing that can be "sketchy" is getting a good quality jig for drilling the holes. Stay away from the clamp on jigs and go with one like this guys makes
