Building an RPD

Bit of background on this one. The shop I'm working at has it's FFL 07 and SOT, so we decided to get a couple of RPD kits to build as range rental machine guns. We got 2 semi auto receivers from DSA, and polish RPD kits from military gun supply. It looks relatively easy for the most part, the biggest problem I'm seeing is having to make a sleeve to press the barrel into the receiver. With this in mind, who here has experience building these kits into functioning firearms? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
