Great to see the project together and see it fire. Have been watching since you started and have to admit that I don't know anyone else that could have done that! Congratulations!

Made a table to make the wheels on. Cut out the center and fixed a short axle to hold the hub in the center and so I can use a locking collier to adjust the hub height for the dish in the wheel.

Had to turn the hubs in the lathe for the spokes. the spokes are so close together at the hub I just cut out the center and going to use shims/ wages with epoxy in the hubs between the spokes. Had to do some fine triming on the fellows with the jig set up to get them to fit just right. What a PITA that was.

You have an awesome shop. I took a job in Wisconsin at Camtronics and they had a lathe, vertical mill, precision drill press, when I saw it I said wow I could turn my Kirby vacuume cleaner into a fully automatic rifle.:). You have great skills and thanks for sharing your project.

Epps, thanks for posting the update. I'm still fairly new around here. When I discovered this thread was fascinated and went right to the beginning and read all the way through.

    Please keep it up.
