I'm thinking about filling out a C&R application and I live in Frederick County -- where exactly do I mail off the local copy? MSP? Frederick County Police?

I just finished my C & R recently. I was instructed to take a copy to the lowest level Chief Law Enforcement Officer for my town. I live in Westminster and took mine to the Westminster Chief of Police. He told me that was exactly what I was supposed to do. Hope that helps
