Carry on public universities/college campuses

Is it legal to carry on the campus of a public college/university in Pennsylvania?
HACC has a no weapons policy but I’m wondering if this would violate state preemption?

Talk to a lawyer. There might be something that allows colleges to set policy. Or they could be like that other state, utah? or colorado? that got sued about it.
