Carry questions

So, perhaps just a Q and A thread might be a good thing here... and I have a question to start it off.

Let's assume I have a permit to carry and I need to transport a known felon in my vehicle. Any issues with me carrying, or having a firearm secured in the vehicle somewhere? I know there are no issues from my standpoint, but.. let's say this is a friend and I want to be sure there would be no issues on their end as well, as I know they have restrictions that they have to abide by.
