There are more death cause by the driving while TEXTING than by firearms in USA from recent statistics.

This sad cellphone death statistic will goes up significantly since more people are using smart phones than ever.

Basically I have better chance to die or cripple by someone with cell phone than the firearms. :envy:

I see everyday people (young and old) driving with their cellphone stuck to their ear or on steering wheel sending and reading text messages of some sort.

If they are try to control the so called "assault rifles" and "high cap magazines", I would like to see our law makers do something about this driving while texting.

Ummm a lot of states have made texting and driving laws.

Also while I agree with you, I hate these inanimate object comparisons we make threads about once a day, so to be a douche ill pose you this question OP.

When was the last time a man wielding a cell phone walked into a mall and murdered 10 people?

The problem is not facts, the problem is emotion.
