Just picked up my Glock 19 from Bollinger Gunsmithing. Cerakoted the slide Magpul OD Green. Thanks again to them!

That looks like nice work! Just out of curiosity, why did you need to resurface the slide? Was it worn, or did you just have an urge to do something different?

How much does something like that cost if I may ask?
Does it only cover the outside of the slide? If its on the inside does it take any time to "break in" from any increased thickness?

It was about $60 for the slide. They fully disassemble it and cerakote the entire slide. Looked at several examples they have up there and there doesn't seem to be any wear. When i pull the slide it feels just as smooth if not more so then before.

There wasn't anything wrong with the finish, just wanted something different, always thought it looked great and from what i've read, its good for the finish.
