I am realist too. Just like when I couldn't be certain I'd get the Red Ryder BB gun so I could risk putting my eye out! But I can't even express how disappointed I will be if they opt not to take this case. Failing to do so will be a serious blow to my confidence in the future of this country, which is already tarnished, and will cause me to seriously question the Court's willingness and/or ability to hold up its role as an independent third branch of the government.

NJ's Drake will be coming up in time for Thankgiving. CA9 has multiple case awaiting opinion....all isn't lost.
