Chat Functionality

Those online right now may notice a new chat bar at the bottom of the screen. While cool and all, I do not plan to leave it up all the time. It's up right now for testing. It will be activated during high traffic events like the hearing last night. It is to save everyone from having to hit refresh over and over. You'll notice on the left side that there is a "Chatrooms" button. I will create chatrooms based on the subject being discussed. Enjoy (when it's up).
