Colt Grizzly

Just saw this on Cabelas website. I know part of the reason is it's a Colt and part is because it's Cabela's, but wow. Are these that rare? That many frogskins? Dont think I've heard of this one before.

There's a Grizzly and a Grizzly II...both are limited runs. They're each built on the original King Cobra action with a Pythonesque barrel profile and an unfluted cylinder. I don't know whether that's a fair market price or not but most likely someone will pay it. Sometimes a Cabela's manager will make a deal on it depending on how long it's been in inventor...sometimes not.

Cabelas' prices are sometimes crazy, and their condition ratings are inconsistent within each library and from store to store. They place a lot of their stuff on GunsInternational.com with very few photos and sketchy descriptions. They often show some interesting guns, but I wouldn't buy anything from them unless I could see it in the flesh.

Maybe Cabela's is cheap on theirs.
That's crazy. I guess it shows I'm not so much a collector as shooter. I see a $900 gun, tops. To me, it's nothing more than a stainless 6" 357.

LOL. Then definitely stay away from the Colt Snake guns.
