Thanks for your help. I had no idea who would be the right person to contact.

I mod on another site, which is a considerably larger one than this, so I know what's it's like. They do have a lot to deal with, especially Norton who basically runs the place.

In the future may I suggest using the "read receipt" feature while sending PM's if you're worried about whether or not anyone got it?
