Contractor Recommendation for Preston/Easton

My sister wants a screened porch on a slab. It will be elevated about 3' to match the existing elevation. Looking for a good contractor. Thanks

Preston on the water. No existing slab. Need block laid, fill (maybe a couple of piers), and then concrete. Come off existing house. Need to remove a decent size tree.
