Crazy Cabelas

Was just at Cabelas site trying to snag some 22RF ammo. You know the deal.

So, I but a 50rd box of Rem and a 100rd box of CCI in the cart. Fine. Tried "84PENNY" 1 cent shipping code. No-go. Added a couple boxes of "Herter's" Mini buck (on sale for $4.49) and all was good-to-go!

Why crazy?

1 cent shipping promotion clearly states that it is only available with certain items.

Didn't realize "Herter's" is a Cabelas branded item. Thing is, you add any small Cabelas item to the order and total shipping = 1 cent. Amazing.

But, it gets better. For whatever reason, the 3.99 box of Rem 22LR is shipping separate from the rest - all on the same penny.
