Nice. I'm waiting on my approval for my 22lr SBR submitted before 1/25/15

    ETA:
WTF IT WAS DISAPOPROVED. SO IRRITATED.

Can you share the reason why? I thought we were over the hump, unless you had an error on your form or something...

MD STATE LAW, ASSAULT WEAPON - PROHIBITED, REFUND IN PROCESS... TEC

22lr SBR, OAL 24.01", Barrel 6.75", and I even attached the memo about how it's not a centerfire rifle. I'm going to call Ted whenever they come back to the office. This doesn't fit the "assault weapon" definition, since it only applies to centerfire.

Ugh. Seems they're hung up on the OAL issue huh. Good luck, keep us posted as to what you figure out.

Form 3 for my M11/9 SMG went in on 2/18. Current estimate for it to be at my dealer should be early to mid-April.

Wow, times are looking much better since the last time I submitted anything

nfatracker.com does a pretty good job giving estimates.

I'm waiting on a form 3 (4 weeks now) for an AAC TiRant .45 acp can.

Form 4s are looking to be 90-120 days now.

Beats the heck out of 6 to 12 months.

Still not as good as the 4-6 weeks during the early part of the Bush years.

Bummed. Did 2x Form 1s on Feb 13, figured they would be done by now. But I guess the holiday hurt.

Is this for individuals, or trusts? I still don't have a trust, and all my stuff is registered to me as an individual. I'll be submitting paperwork on a silencerco octane-9 to msp shortly...

    OAL is 24.01"
    Caliber is 22LR.

I submitted the first Form 1 on 1/22, but it was disapproved because they couldn't infer my intent to build a 22lr, without a statement of such. So, I spoke to the MD Legal Instruments Examiner, Jason, and I got it cleared up and resubmitted.

I was surprised to see the email in my Inbox this morning.

My phone showed me different times when I originally submitted it, so I was wrong, it was 23 hours and 22 minutes.

If you count the original submission, it was "in the system" from 1/22/2015 to 2/21/2015, which even then is still a little faster than we've been seeing lately.
