Custom rifle or shotgun help

Im looking for a company who will help me put together a custom shotgun or rifle for my squadrom. We are currently in AFG and would like to do a custom weapon as a momento. Its pretty basic, as im going to take a basic rem 700 and add color to the stock, receiver, barrel, and some engraving as well. Anyone know of a MD company who can do this or at least point me in the right direction? Depending on price, we could have upwards of 20-30 buyers.
