CX4 Storm, Regulated?

Hey folks,
Did a search but couldn't find anything definitive. I bought a CX4 several years ago from another forum member unregulated. Since that time I remember a lot of chatter about whether it was regulated or not. Does anyone know the status?

Only the rifles or copies of the rifles on the regulated firearms list are regulated.

If you favorite dealer balks, order it from Bass Pro or any of these other Beretta retailers in central MD.

I bought mine online from Cabelas a few years ago and had it shipped to my local FFL.
