I have had mine out to the range once, 300ish rounds. I like it a lot, maybe as much as the full size Shadow 2. Once I get 2000 rounds (with no malfs) through it I will clean it and carry it. I am still shooting it with the stock irons as I narrow down which closed emitter red dot choices. Thanks to MD Elite for letting me know they were in stock!

I checked the CZ site and I don’t think they do. But, I do something similar here with both my safety CZ’s and decocker CZ’s:

That is how I do it too for competition (USPSA rules), but go to half cock notch for the compact.

What’s the word on this pistol? I plan to make it my next purchase. I can get one right now from PSA down here, but I’d prefer to go through my range / shop. Money in the bank so I’m just being patient. I plan to use it for CCP in IDPA and hope it makes it into my carry rotation. I’ve been a strictly Glock 19 carrier for the past six or seven years.

I don't understand, if it is supposed to be red dot ready, why is there such a heavy/fat mounting plate that ruins the whole point of the slide cut?

I couldn’t tell you. But for my intents and shooting, I’m still an irons guys.
