Pick up the Guide the other day noticed pages of legal notices for CCW permits, never seen that many before in the Guide. We can use more dedicated Pro 2A in Legislative Hall.

My mother is a DE resident who believes that guns are the devil. She reads the CCW notices with great disgust and anger. It scares her that all of these people are getting guns. I try to explain that the ones following the legal process are not the ones she should be concerned about... crickets.
She probably would really get upset over someone open carrying.
Isnt it a requirement to get a DE CCW to do this ??
... run the notice for 10 days and you have to show the recite along with your paperwork which is a requirement to get one. You also have to get 5 people who know you to sign on the application as well.
Can't a DE resident get a UT non resident permit? I've honestly never looked in to it, as I'm not a DE resident. I know I can carry in DE with my UT permit. But can a DE resident?
Why does everyone want a Utah CWC permit? As opposed to somewhere like VA.
