Like NY, losing Remington Arms and good jobs for NY residents. Smart States welcome good manufacturing companies. Producing jobs goods and taxes for prosperous futures.

Hope it's not going to the First Circuit

"In 2022, Rhode Island officials banned large capacity magazines that enable more than ten rounds of ammunition to be fired before reloading. Is the ban consistent with our historical tradition of firearm regulation? The First Circuit says yes."

Iirc, Delaware has an ?article? That is similar to the 2a.

also, iirc, that was the basis for striking down 2 different anti gun items in the past. Maybe more.

Delaware state housing ban on guns and many DNREC restriction on carry at state land holding like state parks and forests.

Doesn't Delaware have a 2nd amendment statement in their State Constitution?
    Yes, and they don't care

One of the quotes from the Delaware awb case from FPC feed

the states goal is obvious. Ban ALL semi auto

The State lawyer states that SCOTUS says machine guns can be banned, i.e., "M16s and the like"...then talks about weapons of war and claims the Army's preference is using semi-automatic during the war. Claims this makes semi-automatics bannable weapons.
