Thank You,and yes both models and model numbers are on the roster. Was also a big chain store.If both numbers are on the roster, you will be OK. If the incorrect number is not on the roster, it will be denied. I had the same problem happen with a purchase from one of the big chain stores

Thanks,I already called the dealer and they are calling the MSP to correct it.You can email MSP and advise them of the error. (email address is on portal page) I had a similar issue and MSP corrected it and sent me a “thank you” reply, all within a couple hours.
