Deer Hunt Applications on Government Property

In prior years, the MD Hunting & Trapping Guide would have a few pages on Applications to Hunt on government property, these hunts would require a copy of your Shooter Qualification Card.

I have only located one on page 34 for Smithsonian Research Center, what am i mising?
