    I'd like to see the specifics of what went down. From the summary, the charges are BS.
    The devil is always in the details.

    Guess it’s just more justification for the wisdom that if you shoot someone, justified or not, expect to catch a charge. Hopefully justice is done - but in this state there is a real possibility of the shooter being railroaded due to agenda - regardless of the facts. That being said, if he had a chance to retreat and didn’t, or if the dead guy wasn’t posing an immediate threat to his (or the woman’s) life…well then maybe he deserved the charges.

    Nothing here but navel-gazing on my part though.
