from what i have read she has reservations about the fingerprinting. If it were removed I think she will vote for it. If the fingerprinting stays in, hard to say.

Throw money figures at her as well - cost of fingerprinting, especially to minorities in her district, will be outrageous, not to mention the gun MFRs and other secondary/support networks closing and causing rising unemployment.
