Google/search fu fails me. Can I fax my application instead of mailing? If so, what's the fax number?

Already have the application filled and notarized with a stamp notary instead of seal for the purpose of faxing if I can. So, I just need the number if anyone has it.

So never got a fax number.. Ended up mailing on the 17th and received my approved letter today in the mail. Expected the wait time to be much longer.
