    I would think that anyone with the ability to mill could do that with very little difficulty... especially if it is a quad rail, which would be easy to mount to the mill. A dremel is not the tool for that.

    PS - Never use the words "dremel" and "headspace" in the same post. :)

    From a recent build:

    From the customer: "This is the 18" SPR switchblock upper Mark built for me as well. Custom milled BCM key mod handguard to accommodate the switchblock and tungsten cerakote. I wanted kind of a matched set of uppers that I could swap out on the same lower and the tungsten came out looking awesome. Nice job guys!"
