eForm Form 1 Question

Submitted my Form 1 today, and as everyone knows the server crashes a ton. Got a receipt and a confirmation email that says submitted/in process. On the website under home there is a submitted/in process tab and on the line there are few blanks. Won't load right now but does it sound like I've completed the process?

Yes. If you've received a confirmation, then you're in the system. I sent my forms and trust on 2/2/14 and I'm still showing submitted/in process

Submitted/in process means you've completed the process.

Like you said their servers are pretty erratic right now. Currently they're being reset five times daily (4am - 5am, 9am -10am, 12pm - 1pm, 4pm - 5pm).

When you say blanks though, which do you mean?
