You know we've been real lucky with that. This past weekend the coals were still hot when we got there.

went to mt mitchell state park in June was extremely nice and climbed it as well if your into mountaineering.

I love the AT. I have done all of Maryland and Pennsylvania.Some day I hope to do the Smokey Mountains. I'm in Perry Hall.

I love this weather and look forward to doing some fall camping. I have spent the last 15 years camping at Assateague in October. I'm looking for something a little different this year. Any Ideas?

Do you drive to backcountry camping at Assateague? I have always wanted to do that.

We went to Deep Creek Lake, a couple of years ago, I enjoyed that. You could get as remote as you wanted, and still slip into town for some civilization.

i done deep creek alot and greenbrier both alot always had good time either place

Just got back from Loft Mountain Campground in VA. Awesome awesome views and a very nice campground. Appalachian train is within a few steps.

If you want a super secluded in the mountains kind of place, I recommend Big Bend Campground in WV.
