It's time for me to get some new AR500 steel target to use at the AGC range and I'm curious about people's favorite brand/company. I've used ar500targetsolutions.com before and they seem to hold up well, so I'm considering getting the hostage-style reactive target add on that's listed here https://www.ar500targetsolutions.com/product/reactive-steel-targets-hostage-target-kit/

Any other recommendations? Or brands to avoid?

    Thanks!

Is where I've gotten all mine. They run blemished specials once in a while and ship free at $99 IIRC

Nice. I'll have to keep an eye out for the blemished specials. I can't think of any reason to not buy blemished targets since they're going to be "blemished" the second I use them lol.

TCSC bought our Plate Racks and Texas Stars from https://redstitchtargets.com. Don't do like I did and go get them late afternoon, 66 sucks.

Awesome, thanks. I didn't know there was a local place. I'll have to check them out next time I'm heading that direction. Looks like a great company.

I've got targets from no name places, red stitch, mgm and shoot steel at my home range. I have also bought a bunch of stuff from red stitch for my club matches. The cream of the crop are red stitch followed by MGM. Best bang for your buck shootsteel.com is hard to beat. Their blems are good and they ship free. I've got 6 torso targets from them and bang on them with ARs, 308s, hunting rifles and pistols for the last few years and have yet to trash one. Some days they'll see 500 rounds of rifle in an outing. My oldest two are developing some divots but nothing that worries me yet. I'm in the market for a dueling tree and will likely go mgm or red stitch.
