Hehehe. I got mine at the Aug gunshow in Annapolis, the dealer was a guy from Waldorf (Angus McPherson's, I think). I can find the info if you want.

I'm dying to get the 4 inch version but may grab the 3.5 just worried the smaller frame will be to small!

The RIA? It was $425 at the show, I think. I have the full-sized GI and absolutely love it. I've never shot an officer's or compact 1911, so I have no idea on the kick.
