Frank Illiano guilty of withholding taxes

For those that don't know, Illiano is the owner of many restaurants and properties in Mt Airy. Some people call him "Mr Mt Airy" because he owns so much. Well, for the SECOND TIME, he's guilty of collecting taxes from his employees and NOT paying them to the gov't. Pled guilty on Monday for crimes in 2016. First conviction was in 2012.

****He's going to prison. A lot of restaurant owners are having a tough time in some areas for sure. The margins are simply not there due to increases in the cost of everything, including disposables, wages, etc.. You can only increase prices so much in most areas, before people just go somewhere else.

There are exceptions to that, but not many. Little Inn, Fiola's, or other Michelin Star sit down places can potentially make bank and their well to do customers think nothing of the prices for the most part. Other places just go under.
