I have three (3) old gable vents (roof vents) that need to be replaced. I've purchased the replacement vents, chalk, and screws to install them. All you need to bring is a ladder (one is about 30 to 40 feet high) and a cordless drill with a Phillips head bit.

I anticipate that this would take at most 1 to 2 hours per vent. I'm located in Damascus, MD 20872.

I will make it worth your while!

*I am not interested*, but if there is attic access and this is your own home, you should consider mounting some security cameras through the opening before mounting the gable vents. I did that on my home with two wide-lense cameras and they cover a lot of area.

Something to consider before you caulk it up and go "D'oh!".

The work was completed by a local contractor at a very reasonable price (1/3 that of the estimate from another contractor). They completed all 3 vents in under two hours and made $320.
