I did it myself. Kept my man card.
Lowes, Home Depot, Ace will have them.
This can be dangerous and I don't blame you for looking to someone else to do it.
Trick is to do it with the door all the way up so the tension is at its least.
If you remove one, bring spring to store.
Do them 1 at a time so you have a model of how its threaded.
unless its REALLY old, it should have a wire that goes through the middle so when it breaks it does not shoot off and kill someone.
Good luck which ever way you go.

    Did it myself as well.

Watched a few videos on youtube to determine it was something I could do.
Went to door vender to get weight for spring size, the paint wore off the old springs so wasn't sure.
Got the springs from Home Depot
Did the broken one first, then the good one.
    Took a few hours.

And yes it can be dangerous like all things involving heavily tensioned springs and even worse if no safety cable going through the spring.

Spousal unit was afraid I may get hurt doing it so she hired a local service, it ran about $220. The guy was actually at the house for 2-3 hours and spent a good amount of time tuning up our garage door and I must admit it was significantly quieter and smoother rolling when he finished.
